We will discuss and taste FOUR different styles of VERMOUTH, served TWO ways - neat & as a spritzer - from four different regions: France, Italy, Spain & USA.
Our 'How to enjoy Vermouth' tasting includes a Vermouth Flight paired with Pintxos by Chef Chris Doyle; Vermouth Flight presentation and Vermouth 101 discussion by Sommelier/Founder Jessica Arkwright.
For Pintxos, please choose between Omnivore {you eat everything/most} OR Vegan {so that we exclude any animal products & use our cashew curds to sub cheeses}. Please order individually for individual Pintxo Flights if requesting one of each.
