We opened in March 2020 and immediately pivoted our in-store wine & cheese tastings to bring wine & cheese pairings to our customers virtually, and we've been sharing our Learning To Flight format ever since. Perfect for corporate team-building activities and as a group activity, we *ship our Pairing Packs to each participant in advance and then we guide everyone through our Pairing Experience together virtually via Zoom.

Our Cheese Lab is our Interactive Cheese Board Workshop for Two.
We love to teach and share, and we believe the best way to learn is to do it yourself, by touching and tasting. Our Cheese Lab Experience teaches you and your guest how to build your own Cheese Board - enjoy your Board at our Loft when you finish plating or build your Board to take home with you. We include upgrade options for adding Charcuterie and Wine also.
