How to Plan your Order.
1. Determine the date & time you need your Board/Platter. We suggest allowing the Board/Platter to sit out to come to temp for at least 20 minutes before serving so that cheeses soften and meats release their natural oils - how they are best meant to be enjoyed. Most Meats and Cheeses are safe to stay out for up to four hours, however cured meats typically do not require refrigeration so they're actually safe to stay out longer.
2. Select the Board or Platter size that best feeds your party. Generally, plan for each guest to enjoy 3 - 4 ounces in total of Cheeses & Meats if your Board is the main course; if there will be other food, then we suggest planning for 2 ounces per guest. We always include accoutrements, bread & crackers, etc. appropriate for the amount of Cheese on your Board/Platter, and we include house-pickled veggies & mustard for the Meats. Please let us know if you would like extra servings of any particular accoutrements, bread &/or crackers {gluten-free bread & crackers available upon request/additional charge} and/or we can make suggestions to add to your order.
3. Let us know of any allergies/special dietary requests when placing your Order. We do our best to accommodate ALL allergies and dietary requests, however we cannot make changes to your order if we do not know in advance. Please check with ALL of your guests to ensure an/all allergies are known so that everyone can enjoy with peace of mind safely.
4. Select Pick-Up time OR schedule Delivery online. We will call you if we have any questions about your Order. Otherwise, we will prepare your order as instructed per any Notes/Allergies/Special Requests when you place your order online. Please use the Notes/Requests section to make any special requests for particular Meats & Cheeses - &/or if you'd like us to include, or separate, our artisanal vegan 'cheeses' - you can also Call us at 727-289-6418 to discuss options.
