Our Boards & Platters require a minimum of 24-hours advance notice to prepare.
How to Plan your Order.
1. Determine the date & time you need your Board/Platter. We suggest allowing the Board/Platter to sit out to come to temp for at least 20 minutes before serving so that cheeses soften, and meats release their natural oils - how they are best meant to be enjoyed. Most Meats and Cheeses are safe to stay out for up to six hours, depending on sun and heat exposure.
2. Let us know how many guests so we can determine your Board size. Generally, we plan for each guest to enjoy four ounces in total of Cheeses & Meats if your Board is the main course, or two ounces if there will be other food. We include our House-made Fig Mustarda to complement the Cheeses & Meats on your Board/Platter, and Crackers & Crostini. Customize your Board by adding our House-Pickled Veggies, Olives, Jams, Honey &/or Mustards.
3. Let us know of any allergies/special dietary requests when placing your Order. We do our best to accommodate ALL allergies and dietary requests, however we cannot make changes to your order if we do not know in advance. Please check with ALL of your guests to ensure an/all allergies are known so that everyone can enjoy with peace of mind safely.
4. Schedule Delivery. We will call you if we have any questions about your order. Otherwise, we will prepare your order as instructed per any Notes/Allergies/Special Requests when you place your order online. Please use the Notes/Requests section to make any special requests for particular Meats & Cheeses - &/or if you'd like us to include, or separate, our artisanal vegan 'cheeses'.
