We're launching our Flight Club, Champagne Club & Societe du Vin this Spring.

Memberships are limited to each Club and are curated by our professional team of Sommeliers.

Flight Club

Our Flight Club is our themed Wine Club where members choose between three Flights of three bottles of Wine for $79/month. Choose your Flight adventure before the 15th of the previous month and join us for our Flight Club Pick-Up Party the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Thursday of every month beginning in May. We include tasting and winemaking notes with your wines, and we put out a spread of cheeses & accoutrements we feel go especially well with our featured Flight of wines for you to enjoy at our Thursday Pick-Up Party.

​Our Au Natural Wine Flight features three Natural Wines by producers making minimal-intervention wines around the world. Selections are always biodynamically and/or organically farmed, with nature at the core of how the wines are made. Natural Wines are produced using a mix of traditional winemaking methods that encourages bright fruit and/or terroir forwardness. They're meant to be enjoyed now, not cellared to age, and are best served as aperitifs with lighter courses since they are typically lower in alcohol content, higher in acidity and fruit, and do not have added preservatives and low to no added sulfites. They're also usually unfiltered and unfined, aka naturally vegan, and there will sometimes be sediment in the bottle that may travel to your glass. While all Wines are technically “natural”, not all Natural Wines are made in the same style as traditional Wines. They’re conscientiously made to stand out on your palate, on your table, and in each story of how and who crafted them. Natural Wines are always limited-production labors of love in a bottle, typically made by the newest generation of winemaking families or as small projects born out of a love for specific vineyards and native grape varietals. We also love that they don’t leave you with a hangover since they’re made cleanly. Our Au Natural Flight is available at our Pick-Up Party the first Thursday of every month beginning in May. We feature one 'Natty' style and two 'Min-Vin' styles of Natural Wines in each flight, and sometimes we'll feature a fourth super-limited production Natural Wine as an optional add-on.

Our Old World Wine Flight features three traditional-made wines from Europe. Each month we feature a different winemaking region in Europe, the birthplace of winemaking, and we focus on the winemaker/winery, terroir, grape varietals, and winemaking techniques that are traditional to their region. We will also explain what makes them unique compared to other regions in the world. Old World wines are typically more earthy, drier, and show texture in tannin and structure.  We love old world wines for the food memories they invoke, and we usually enjoy these with appetizers and main courses since they're made to be enjoyed with food. Our Old World Wine Flight is available at our Pick-Up  Party the second Thursday of every month beginning in May. We feature one White and two Reds in our Old World flight, and sometimes we'll swap the white for a sparkling wine or skin-contact rose or we'll feature a fourth wine as an optional add-on.

Our New World Wine Flight features wines from the continental Americas, South Africa, Australia, and New Zealand, for the most part. With global warming we're seeing new regions popping up for winemaking, and this category is generally where you'll find their introduction. New World winemakers tend to have studied traditional old-world techniques and embrace modern techniques in newer-discovered regions to create wines that are fruit-forward, acid-driven, and don't necessarily require food to be enjoyed, although we always feel food is better with wine. New World wines tend to be easy-going and approachable right away yet can also be cellared and enjoyed later depending on the varietal or blend. Our New World Flight is available at our Pick-Up Party the third Thursday of every month beginning in May. We feature one White and two Reds in our New World flight, and sometimes we'll swap the white for a sparkling wine or skin-contact rose or we'll feature a fourth wine as an optional add-on.

We believe that transparency in wine is as important as it is in food and we always let you know how each featured wine is farmed, produced, bottled, and meant to be enjoyed and stored. We select each wine based on its history and where it comes from, and we introduce you to the winemaker and vineyards as well as provide you notes on how each wine was produced, and what foods and cheeses we suggest pairing with so that you can create your own wine gathering at home. Champagne Club

Our Champagne Club is for those who truly love Champagne. Every month we feature three different styles of Champagne from grower-producers and négociants in Champagne, France and one sparkling wine from a region outside of Champagne that's made in the Méthode Champenoise style we feel rivals value and is worthy of attention. We invite our members to our Champagne Toast the fourth Thursday of every month and we blind taste that month’s features to help you taste the nuances of each. We provide tasting notes, vintage flutes and coupes to taste from, and members select how many bottles of each featured Champagne you want to purchase and reserve, and we'll happily serve you and your guests your reserved Champagne at our Loft when you visit that month. 
Champagne Club Membership starts at $49/Mo. and requires Members to purchase a minimum of one bottle of Champagne per month to take home or enjoy at our Loft. Membership includes VIP treatment at our Loft, use of our vintage crystal and depression-era coupes and flutes when you dine with us at our Loft, 10% off your bill every visit, and an invitation to our monthly Champagne Toast. Your monthly membership helps us to see your lovely face and keeps our Champagne glasses full more often, and it provides us joy in sharing our recent Champagne discoveries with our members when we see you at our Loft.

Société du Vin

Société du Vin is our Private Cellar Club & Members Lounge. Each Société du Vin membership includes rental of one private Wine Cellar and use of our private Members' Lounge. Each Cellar will horizontally store up to 12 standard Wine bottles {750ML size} and has additional room to store 1 - 3 larger bottles upright, which we will cellar for you safely at 65F. We can also chill your bottles for you upon arrival when you dine with us or call ahead, and we can chill your bottle and have it ready for you within 20 minutes. We prefer to keep our Société du Vin exclusive by limiting Membership to 50 Wine Cellars/Memberships, so that our Société du Vin Tastings are more intimate and enjoyable to taste wines. Société du Vin Members also enjoy dining perks such as preferential reservations with table requests, 10% off your bill every visit, waived corkage fee on our retail wines, invitations to special wine tastings, bottle shares, and intimate dinners with winemakers, and special discounted pricing during our quarterly Restock Tastings. 
Memberships are per Cellar and include two 21+ adults on your Membership for invitations to our Tastings and Events. Annual Membership is $600/year and your Société du Vin membership benefits begin immediately, however Cellars will not be completed until May 2023. Additionally, Members are required to purchase 12 Bottles of Wine at our initial Stock Party to fill your Cellar, which will be held when our expansion is completed, and min purchase of 6 bottles {or min $100 spend} at our quarterly Restock Tastings to encourage you to drink your Wines and be an active Member. You will be given your Cellar and Lounge Keys and shown the private entry to our Members' Lounge at our initial Stock Party in May.

We will email you a confirmation and Member Info form, a Credit Card Authorization Form that we will keep securely on file for billing purposes, and an invitation to our first Stock Party and/or Pick-Up Party once we set the date.
We will also email you a Membership Agreement that goes over basic rules, etiquette, etc.

Flight Club

Our Flight Club is our themed Wine Club where members choose between three flights of three bottles of wine for $79/month. Members get an additional perk of enjoying our featured Flights at our Loft for only $15 that month - regularly $18 - and 10% off featured items at our Thursday Pick-Up Party.
