CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE & POLICIES FOR MUST WINE LOFT
** WE ARE TEMPORARILY CLOSED UNTIL JULY 29TH **
Recently, one of our employees tested positive for Coronavirus after going on a family vacation. She was not showing any symptoms upon return, however her family was not following COVID safety guidelines and this caused her concern. She spoke to us about it and we asked her to get tested, which just came back positive after her vacation (negative prior), and so we closed immediately and asked all of our employees to get tested, regardless of their contact with her. Despite how diligent we have been about sanitizing, wearing face masks, social distancing while working together, and being generally overly-cautious at work and home, this virus is highly-contagious and we do not want to put ANY of our employees or customers at risk. We would rather err on the side of being overly-cautious and close our doors for two weeks to self-quarantine and do our part to try to mitigate the spread of the Coronavirus. We apologize for any and all inconveniences this has caused our customers who tried to shop our loft and/or join us for our Learning To Flight e-class, which is temporarily postpone while we all self-quarantine.
UPDATE: Our employees have tested negative & we will be RE-OPENING JULY 29TH with limited Summer Hours. We have decided to reduce our exposure to the public by limiting our in-person {masked} service to Curbside Pick-Up for Online Orders + Take-Out + Retail Shopping of our Wines + Artisan Deli Cheeses + Meats + Seasonal Food Menu for the summer. We will no longer offer indoor seating +/or dining service during the summer - we offer casual café -style seating outside on our sidewalk only.
We are working on taking our entire store digital and putting together curated adventure baskets, adding out-of-state shipping for our Flight Kits, and planning our Fall programming. Please reach out to us with any questions, special requests, advice/concerns, etc at Cheers@MUSTWineLoft.com It is our goal to return on July 29th with a safe, happy team of COVID-free employees who are very much looking forward to serving you safely! We thank you in advance for your continued support and understanding in these challenging times - your safety and continued support means the world to us!
our CORONAVIRUS policies
WE REQUIRE EVERY PERSON TO WEAR A FACE MASK TO ENTER MUST WINE LOFT - IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WEAR A FACE COVERING YOU ARE WELCOME TO STAY OUTSIDE AND WE WILL BRING YOUR ORDER TO YOU. This is NOT up for debate; it is a requirement to enter the Loft, period. Additionally, our RESTROOM is FOR GUESTS WHO COMPLY WITH OUR MASK POLICY AND EMPLOYEES ONLY. While we appreciate exercising personal freedoms and citing your rights as an individual, we also have rights and responsibilities as a business. We believe it is our responsibility to ALL of our employees and customers to do our best to provide a safe environment. Data has continuously shown that face coverings help prevent the spread of the highly-contagious Coronavirus and we would rather err on the side of caution than risk the spread through unmasked possibly-infected individuals. If you do not want to wear a mask, you are not welcome to enter the Loft. If you've forgotten your mask, no worries, we've got you covered - just knock on the front door and ask for a mask, and we will happily provide you with a disposable mask that's yours to keep.
We offer disposable servingware & cups for your liquids and solids, and antibacterial wet-naps & hand-sanitizer - don't worry, we'll even get the door for you so that you can be as contactless as possible! GLASSES, SILVERWARE, PLATES & SERVINGWARE ARE ALWAYS SANTIZIED - THIS IS A FOOD SAFETY REGULATION IN FLORIDA! ALL restaurants and bars who serve food/drinks are required to clean, rinse & sanitize wares that will be used for food/drink; this should not be something to brag about, it's actually a standard procedure for cleaning and disinfecting (it weirds us out when we hear of restaurants now touting they do this when they should have ALWAYS been doing this!)
We strive to provide a safe, clean, healthy environment for our employees and guests - this means that we will always put safety first, so that you can indulge and enjoy yourself comfortably outside +/or at home!
We hope to see you soon at MUST Wine Loft and look forward to returning to our Learning To Flight episodes on July 29th!
